Clients
Your clients are the buyers behind your sales. Frisbee keeps every buyer's contact details, tags and complete purchase history in one place — so you can build stronger relationships and see exactly who's bought what over time.
Open Clients from the left-hand menu to see your client list.

In this section
- Adding a client — create a client by hand and seed their prior history.
- Importing & exporting clients — bring buyers in from a spreadsheet, or download your whole list.
- Organising clients with tags — group buyers so you can filter and target them.
- The client record — what's on a client's profile and how to read it.
What's on the Clients list
Each client appears as a row showing their First Name and Last Name (with their company underneath), Contact Information (email and phone), how many Purchases they've made, their total invested (Tot. Inv.), their Last Purchase and any Tags. Select a client's name to open their full record. Archived clients stay in the list, marked Archived.
Above the list you can Search Clients and open Filters to narrow the list by tags, last purchase, state, postcode, country, total spend or number of animals purchased. Use Manage Client Tags to set up your tags, Add New Client or Upload Clients to bring buyers in, and Export Clients (excel) to download your list.
Take a quick look without leaving the list
Select the eye icon at the start of a row to open a quick view of that client — their latest note, address, property, PIC and Herd ID. Select × to close it.

Work with several clients at once
Tick the box at the start of each row you want. A bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many you've selected, with these options:
- Tag — add one or more tags to every selected client. See Organising clients with tags.
- Export — download just the selected clients as a spreadsheet.
- Delete — remove the selected clients.
- Clear — untick everything.

Clients fill themselves in
Whenever you record a buyer against a sold animal, that purchase is added to the client's history automatically — so their Total Invested and Purchases stay up to date without any extra work.
